摘要
备课的质量决定着授课的质量。备课不仅仅是一个教师的单个行为,更应是一个群体的行为。集思广益,博采众长,才能提升备课的质量,为授课奠定良好的基础。在集体备课的过程中,教研组是重要平台,教研组长是引领者,组内各教师是关键。教研员作为新课程问题的研究者、教研活动的参与者、教师教研的合作者和校本教研的引领者,有责任和义务指导好教研组长搞好教研组的组织和建设工作,以充分发挥教研组研、教功能,落实好新课程改革的理念和思想,推动教研工作积极、有效开展。本文主要就政治教研员如何指导高中教研组长有效组织集体备课活动的原则、策略两个方面进行了初探。
The quality of lesson preparation determines the teaching quality. Lesson preparation is not an individual action but a collective action,so collective lesson preparation is advantageous to improve the quality of lesson preparation. During the process of collective lesson preparation,the chief of teaching and research group plays a vital role in collective lesson preparation,who is a researcher of new problems as well as a guide of lesson preparation. The paper endeavors to explore the principles and strategies of how chief of teaching and research group guides collective lesson preparation.
