牛耳朵组培苗驯化移栽基质配方试验 被引量:8

摘要 牛耳朵(Chirita eburnean Hance)为苦苣苔科唇柱苣苔属多年生草本,具较高观赏性,可作为室内观赏花卉,通过组织培养进行快速繁殖是为园艺应用提供大量种苗的有效途径.本试验比较了草炭、珍珠岩、蛭石按照不同比例混合的5种基质对牛耳朵组培苗驯化移栽的影响.结果表明,在维持较高的空气相对湿度下,5种基质处理均能获得100%的成活率,但在混有草炭的基质上牛耳朵幼苗冠幅较大,叶片叶绿素含量高,氮磷含量也较珍珠岩和蛭石混合的无机基质高;而草炭比例75%的配方C幼苗叶片叶绿素含量较草炭比例相对较低的配方A和B要低.综合生产效率和经济成本,草炭和珍珠岩比例为1∶1的配方是理想的牛耳朵组培苗驯化移栽基质. Chirita eburnean Hance is a perennial of genus Chirita of Gesneriacea,which can be used as indoor ornamental plant.Rapid propagation through tissue culture is an efficient way to supply large-scale seedlings for horticultural use.This experiment compared the effects of 5growth media mixed with peat,perlite and vermiculite by different ratio on the growth of Chirita eburnean tissue culture plantlets transplant.The results showed that with the high air humidity,all the 5growth media obtained 100%survival rate.However,plantlets on those media mixed with peat had wider canopy width,higher chlorophyll contents,and higher nitrogen and phosphorus contents in plantlets on the perlite and vermiculite mix only.While plantlets grown on the media amended with 75% peat(formula C)showed lower cholorophyll content compared to the plantlets on media A and B with less peat.Taking theproduction efficiency and economic cost into account,peat and perlite mix(1∶1by volume)is the ideal formula of growth media for Chirita eburneantissue culture plantlets transplant.
