山西省煤炭资源型城市脆弱性及其格局变化

VULNERABILITY AND ITS PATTERN CHANGES OF SHANXI'S COAL-BASED CITIES

文章为系统分析山西省资源型城市脆弱性现状与格局变化,建立资源型城市脆弱性评价体系,引入了投影寻踪模型进行脆弱性测度,并刻画出山西省内城市脆弱性格局并对其原因进行分析。研究结果发现:山西省资源型城市脆弱性普遍较高,大同、吕梁最为严重,近年来全省脆弱性虽有波动但基本稳定,全省脆弱性格局呈现北高南低现象,经济结构转型发展迫在眉睫。

This paper analyzes the vulnerability and pattern changes of coal-based cities in Shanxi province,sets up an evaluation system of resources-based cities ＇ vulnerability,and adopts projection searching model to measure the vulnerability,studies the cities＇ vulnerability pattern in Shanxi province and analyzes the reason. Shanxi＇s resourcesbased cities have a higher vulnerability,most in Datong and Lüliang,fluctuated recently but stably. Across the whole province,vulnerability shows high in the north and low in the south,indicating an economic structure transformation critical.
