地方院校应用型文科专业实践教学一体化探究——以肇庆学院中国语言文学类专业为例

On the Integration of Teaching and Practice of Liberal Art Majors in Local Colleges:taking Chinese language literature major in Zhaoqing University as an example

实践教学是文科应用型人才培养的重要环节,直接决定学生应用能力和职业发展水平。然而,地方院校文科专业实践教学相对薄弱,实践教学环节呈现碎片化,制约了应用型人才的培养质量。文科人才培养必须确立应用型人才培养理念,按照行业标准和职业资格的要求,强化实践育人的针对性,按照一体化思路设计实践教学,将毕业设计、专业实习和科研训练等有机整合,实现培养高水平应用型文科专业人才的目标。

Teaching practice is an important part of the education of liberal arts major students, which directly determines the students application ability and career development level. However, this part in local colleges and universities seems weak, thus restricting the training quality of applied talents. For liberal arts talent training,it is necessary to establish the philosophy of applied talents training and to strengthen the practice education according to the requirements of industry standards and professional qualification. Besides, graduation design, professional practice and research training should be integrated so as to achieve the expected goal of education.
