摘要
目的研究黑豆浆改善幼儿缺铁性贫血的临床疗效;通过对治疗前后临床表现及实验室指标的观察,以进一步验证黑豆浆的有效性。方法选择广州市番禺区钟村街辖区内临床诊断为缺铁性贫血的患儿300例,对300例患儿在平时的饮食加予黑豆浆,记录3个月后患儿的贫血症状及复查血常规的贫血指标恢复情况。结果干预后,贫血患儿的贫血症状和实验室指标与干预前比较效果明显(P<0.05)。结论黑豆浆对于改善缺铁性贫血的疗效确切,临床疗效优势明显,值得推广应用。
Objective To study the clinical effect of black soybean milk to improve the children's iron deficiency anemia. Through the observation of clinical manifestations and laboratory indexes before and after treatment in order to further verify the effectiveness of black soybean milk. Methods Guangzhou Panyu District Village Street area in clinical diagnosis for 300 cases of children with iron deficiency anemia, 300 cases of patients in the usual diet were treated with black soya bean milk recorded after 3 months of children with symptoms of anemia and review of blood anemia index recovery. Results after the intervention, the anemia symptoms and laboratory indexes of the patients with anemia were significantly compared with those before the intervention(P〈0.05). Conclusion black soya bean milk is effective in improving the curative effect of iron deficiency anemia, and the clinical curative effect is obvious, and it is worth popularizing.
