车载数字X线摄影在肺结核普查中的优势 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨车载数字X线摄影(digital radiography,DR)在肺结核普查中的优势。方法对车载DR与车载普通X线荧光摄影(车载荧光缩影)的影像质量和初次阅片可疑者的最终诊断结果进行比较。结果车载DR影像质量水平构成:优86.4%,良11.7%,差1.9%;车载荧光缩影片质量水平构成:优51.8%,良34.8%,差13.4%;前者质量优于后者(P<0.05)。车载DR初次阅片有可疑结核阴影者确诊活动性肺结核者占17.1%,车载荧光缩影初次阅片有可疑结核阴影者确诊活动性肺结核者占8.7%,前者高于后者(P<0.05)。结论与传统车载荧光缩影相比,车载DR影像质量高,肺结核筛查准确率高,在肺结核普查中具有优势。 Objective To investigate the advantages of vehicle digital radiography(DR) in screening of pulmonary tuberculosis(TB). Methods Image quality and final diagnosis of the subjects with abnormal primary reading were compared between vehicle DR and vehicle fluorescence X-ray. Results The proportions of vehicle DR with excellent, good and bad image quality were 86.4%, 11.7% and 1.9%, respectively, and the proportions of vehicle fluorescence X-ray with excellent, good and bad image quality were 51.8%, 34.8% and 13.4%, respectively; the image quality of vehicle DR was significantly better than that of vehicle fluorescence X-ray(P 0.05). Among suspected subjects with TB shadow by primary radiography reading of vehicle DR, 17.1% were finally diagnosed with active pulmonary TB, and among suspected subjects with TB shadow by primary reading of vehicle fluorescence X-ray, 8.7% were finally diagnosed with active pulmonary TB; the former proportion was significantly higher than the latter(P〈0.05). Conclusions As compared with traditional vehicle fluorescence X-ray, vehicle DR has better image quality and higher accuracy in TB diagnosis, so it has advantages in screening of pulmonary TB.
