摘要
在当前麻风病流行趋势显著下降的情况下,麻风反应(lepra reaction,LR)仍然是一个重大而持久的问题。1型麻风反应和2型麻风反应是神经损伤和永久残疾的主要原因。最近几年,LR的免疫病理学已成为重要的研究领域之一,它可能为早期发现和控制LR提供有价值的靶标。目前尚无普遍接受的LR实验室标志物。因此,更深入了解LR所涉及的分子机制可能为LR的早期诊断和预防其造成的灾难性后果提供合理的策略。
In the current situation of dramatic reduction in the prevalence of leprosy, lepra reactions(LRs) continue to be a major and persistent problem. Type 1 LRs and type 2 LRs are the main causes of nerve damage and permanent disabilities. In recent years, immunopathology of LRs has become an important research field, and it may provide the valuable targets for the early detection and control of LRs. There are no extensively accepted laboratory markers for LRs, therefore, a better understanding of the molecular mechanisms involved in LRs may provide a reasonable strategy for early diagnosis and prevention of devastating consequences of LRs.
