摘要
介绍了中国石油四川石化有限责任公司30 dam^3/h干气提浓制乙烯原料装置的运行情况。对造成装置负荷低、凝液放火炬、机组设备振动大、氧含量分析仪失灵以及往复压缩机入口过滤器频繁清洗更换等主要问题进行了分析,提出了进一步改造方案。将重整解吸气作为装置原料,拓展原料来源,装置负荷提高了35%;将凝液由放火炬改至催化装置,每小时回收凝液1.26 t;通过增设支撑等方法大大减小了机组振动;对氧含量分析仪进行降温处理,并增设氧含量分析仪,更改连锁方案,避免氧含量分析仪失灵造成的生产波动;增设过滤器反吹设施,减少拆卸、清洗压缩机过滤器频次,实现在线反吹。
The operation of a 30 dam3/h dry gas enrichment ethylene unit in PetroChina Sichuan Petrochemical Co. , Ltd. is introduced. The main problems such as low load of the unit, condensate release to flare, high equipment vibration, malfunction of oxygen content analyzer and frequent cleaning and replacement of filter of reciprocating compressor were analyzed, and effective revamping countermeasures were proposed. Unit load was increased by 35% after desorption gas from catalytic reforming PSA unit was used as unit feed- stock; The condensate was sent to the fluid catalytic cracking unit instead of flare and 1.26 t/h condensate was recovered; Additional supports was installed, which greatly reduced the mechanical vibration. Oxygen content analyzer was cooled and additional oxygen content analyzer were provided, which could change interlock system scheme and avoid production fluctuations. Back flushing was provided for the filter, which reduced times of dismantlement and cleaning of compressor filters. Online back flushing has been realized.
