摘要
对延迟焦化装置原料劣质化前后的原料性质及产品分布进行了分析。针对装置改造后原料的多变性,提出了跟踪原料性质分析并增设密度仪的措施;针对劣质原料造成的蜡油质量不合格,给出了调整措施,并提出了分馏塔部分改造设想;针对弹丸焦问题,从其形成机理着手,并根据装置实际案例阐述了加工沥青质含量较高的渣油时需采取新工艺等措施;列举了掺炼催化油浆可能对装置造成的影响,并提出改进措施。在劣质化原料为企业增效的同时,需正确处理劣质原料带来的问题,确保装置安全平稳长周期运行。
The feedstock properties and product distribution before and after the inferior of the delayed coking unit are analyzed. Based on the variability of feedstocks after revamping of the unit, it is recommended to install density meter and trace feedstock property analysis. For inferior quality of wax oil caused by off-spec feedstocks, the adjustment measures are presented and partial revamping of the main fractionator is recommen- ded. For the shot coke problems, the countermeasures such as application of state-of-art process, etc for process residue oil containing higher asphahene are proposed based upon a case study. The possible negative impacts of processing FCC residue are listed, and associated measures are proposed. When it is beneficial to process low-quality feedstock, the problems arising from processing low quality feedstocks should be appropriately solved so as to ensure the safe, stable and long-term operation of the unit.
