摘要
用同一生根粉(奈乙酸)20×10^(-6),分别不同时间(即2h、4h、6h、8h)对湿地松种子进行播前浸泡后育苗,在相同的立地条件和管理模式下对所培育苗木进行了后期观测,并分别对不同时间浸种处理下苗木高度、地径和侧根数量进行了方差分析,结果表明:用生根粉(奈乙酸)20×10^(-6)溶液进行播前浸种6h对湿地松幼苗侧根生长发育有显著影响,主要表现为苗木根系发达、侧根较多,苗木生长旺盛。
With the same transplantone (NAA) 20× 10^-6respectively in different timeperiods (2h, 4h, 6h and 8h), we cultivated the seeds of Pinus elliottii Engelmaftersoaking. Wecarried outthe latter observationunder the same site conditions and management mode of the seedling cultivation. During different timeperiods, the seedling height, diame- ter and root number were analyzed by analysis of variance. The results showed that rooting powder (NAA) 20× 10^- 6solution used for sowing seed soaking before 6h of wetland pine seedlings growth and development had significant impact, which wasindicatedmainly bywell-developed seedling root system, more lateral rootsandvigorous growth.
