多孔支架应用于骨缺损修复的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 高能创伤、骨肿瘤切除后常导致骨缺损,采用骨移植方法治疗效果良好。但传统骨移植有诸多并发症,如自体骨移植取骨量有限、增加痛苦,异体骨移植存在免疫反应等([1])。因此,骨组织工程应运而生,通过将种子细胞复合生物调控因子种植于天然或人工合成材料的支架上,再将其植入骨缺损部位,
