术中超声定位技术在颅内深部肿瘤切除中的应用

摘要 目的探讨超声定位技术在颅内深部肿瘤切除中的临床应用。方法 23例颅内深部肿瘤患者,随机分为超声定位组12例和传统CT及MR定位组11例,分别给予相应定位治疗,比较两组的手术时间及疗效的差异。结果超声定位组平均手术时间(125±10)min短于传统CT及MR定位组(245±30)min(P<0.05);超声定位组治愈率优于传统CT及MR定位组(P<0.05)。结论术中超声定位技术在颅内深部肿瘤切除中有着明显的优势,以其准确性及实时性为临床所接受,值得在颅脑外科深部肿瘤的切除中推广应用。 Objective To investigate clinical application of intraoperative ultrasound localization in deep intracranial tumor resection. Methods A total of 23 patients with deep intracranial tumor were randomly divided into ultrasound localization group with 12 cases and conventional CT and MR localization group with I 1 cases. Both groups received corresponding treatment, and their operation fine and curative effect were compared. Results The ultrasound localization group had shorter mean operation time as (125 + 10) min than (245 ~ 30) rain of the conventional CT and MR localization group (P〈0.05). Cure rate was better in the ultrasound localization group than the conventional CT and MR localization group (P〈0.05). Conclusion Intraoperative ultrasound localization contains remarkable advantage in deep intraeranial tumor resection. With its acceptable accuracy and instantaneity in clinical treatment, this method is worth promoting and applying in deep intracranial tumor resection.
