血红素氧化酶-2、巨噬细胞集落刺激因子在早发型重度子痫前期胎盘组织中的表达 被引量：3

摘要 目的研究血红素氧化酶-2(HO-2)、巨噬细胞集落刺激因子(M-CSF)在早发型重度子痫前期患者胎盘组织中的表达,探讨其在该疾病机制中的作用。方法 25例早发型重度子痫前期孕妇(重度子痫前期组)及25例正常妊娠孕妇(正常妊娠对照组)均应用免疫组化方法 ,比较HO-2、M-CSF平均灰度值。结果重度子痫前期组胎盘中HO-2平均灰度值明显低于正常妊娠对照组(P<0.05),M-CSF平均灰度值较正常妊娠组升高(P<0.05)。结论胎盘中M-CSF表达增加与HO-2表达降低可能与重度子痫前期的病因有关。
