本文介绍了新型中空注浆锚索在松软煤层中的应用,分析松软煤层岩体宏观物理力学性质、锚索及锚杆布置方法、浆液的选择、注浆压力、注浆量等具体参数,找到了改进中空注浆锚索加固及改进方法,使巷道的成型效果显著的提升,减少了劳动强度,提高了施工进度,减少了成本的支出。

The application of hollow grouting anchor cable in soft coal seam was introduced in this paper, soft coal rock mass macro physical and mechanical properties, anchor cable and bolt arrangement, size selection, grouting pressure, grouting quantity, etc. specific parameters were analyzed, the improved hollow grouting anchor reinforcement and improvement methods was found, contrasted previous grouting anchor cable and U29 shed, it showed that new hollow grouting anchor used can improve the roadway forming effect significantly and the construction progress, also greatly reduce labor intensity and the cost of expenditure.
