综采工作面端头(尾)“内掏法”快速取锚杆工艺的应用

摘要 该文针对以往综采工作面端头(尾)取锚杆工艺落后,安全隐患较多的现实状况,介绍了"内掏法"快速取锚杆工艺的原理及操作步骤,通过在E1305工作面的试用情况,表明此工艺既能保证生产过程中端头(尾)错刀安全、快速、高效,又能很好的回收复用锚杆,具有广泛的推广价值。 According to previous backward bolt recovery technology of fully mechanized working face end (tail), safety loophole were more, the "in cutting method" fast bolt recovery technology principle and operation steps were introduced, the E1305 working face trial, it show that this technique can not only guarantee the missed cutting line is safety, fast, efficient in production process in the end heads (tails), and recycle and reuse bolt, which has wide popularization value.
