摘要 2014年至今,东滩煤矿井下采煤工作面接续频繁,停采工作面常需进行临时封闭,封闭过程中需充填材料进行充填堵漏,防止空气进入采空区造成碎煤自燃。东滩煤矿临时封闭过程中采用充填赛福特材料进行施工。但该赛福特产品价格较昂贵,且需要专门的压注设备,设备容易损坏,成本较高。为此,本课题研究了一种新型LFM材料对临时封闭地点进行充填。 2014 so far, Dongtan coal mine working face continue multifarious, stopping mining working face is often the need of temporary closed, during the closing process, the filling materials were needed to prevent air into the gob and avoid spontaneous combustion of pulverized coal. In the process of temporary closure, the Ford material was used to carry out the construction in DongTan coal mine. But the products are expensive, and require special equipment pressure injection equipment that is easy to damage, and the cost is high. For this purpose, a new kind of LFM material to fill the temporary sealing place was studied in this paper.
