煤矿机电设备的维修和故障诊断技术的研究

Study on the maintenance and fault diagnosis technology of mechanical and electrical equipment in coal mine

定期对机电设备进行故障诊断与维修处理,有助于降低煤矿机电设备出现故障的概率,提高其工作的效率。本文基于煤矿机电设备故障类型及产生的原因,对其维修和故障诊断技术进行了分析研究。

In practice a lot of coal mine electromechanical equipment once put into use, it will be in the operation state for a long time, except when power cut or stop production, this state lead to the equipment failure probability more and more high. Regular fault diagnosis and maintenance of mechanical and electrical equipment in coal mine will help to reduce the probability of failure of mechanical and electrical equipment, but also can help to improve the efficiency of its work. Based on the fault types and causes of coal mine mechanical and electrical equipment, the technology of maintenance and fault diagnosis was analyzed in this paper.
