本文以王村矿副立井提升机钢丝绳换绳装置为基础,分析了王村矿原有换绳装置在应用过程中存在的缠绳、换绳速度慢等问题,并引进和使用了BHS型多绳摩擦提升机首绳快速更换装置,研究了快速换绳工艺,在王村矿副立井提升机换绳过程中,取得了良好的效果。

Based on wire-rope changing ropes equipment of Wangcun mine auxiliary shaft hoister, the existing problems of Wangcun original changing rope device such as winding, slow changing rope speed in the application process were analyzed, by the introduction and use of the BHS type multi-rope friction hoisting device, combined with Wangcun mine actual, the winch method was acted as the fast changing wire rope process, in the process of application of Wangcun coal mine auxiliary shaft hoist rope changing, achieved good results.
