本文分析了刮板输送机在高产高效矿井中的的重要作用及易产生的故障位置和现象,提出了采用刮板输送机故障在线监测系统,及时发现故障地点并进行维修的方法,避免了因维修不及时造成的生产损失,保证了采煤工艺的连续、安全和高效推进。

Modern mine construction requires the efficient and continuous mining technology, the scraper conveyer normal operation is an important part of the continuous production, but because of the bad environment, scraper conveyor often broke down and needs to stop to repair. Scraper conveyor fault on-line monitoring system, can timely detect the fault location and maintenance, which avoid the loss caused by maintenance with delay, and promote the mining process of continuity, safety and efficient production mode.
