摘要
矿井地面集中降温系统输送到井下的冷水为高压,需对高压冷水进行降压才能正常、安全的使用。目前常用的有两种降压措施:高低压换热器和PES三腔压力交换系统。文章两种系统的工作原理、系统配置、技术特性、运行费用、降温效果、系统维护等各方面作了分析和对比。结果显示,三腔压力交换系统设计巧妙,在降温除湿效果、运行费用、配套系统投资方面优于高低压换热系统,具有更好的应用前景。
In order to use the high pressure cold water underground which is supplied by surface cooling plant, there are two solutions can be use: Pressure Exchange System and High-Low Pressure Heat Exchange system. Author described each processing/configuration/technical character of them and compared them from operating cost/cooling effect/maintains etc. the result shows that PES has better performance in cooling and dehumidifying effect/operating cost and reference investment. Especially the exchanging efficiency of PES is kept in a constant along whole life, it's better for general use.
