如何加强成本控制,提高企业的管理水平是企业领导所面临首要问题。文章从成本控制的现状与存在问题出发,阐述了加强控制管理的重要意义,并从多个角度提出了完善煤矿企业成本控制的措施。
It is very important to strengthen the cost control of coal mining enterprises.
