摘要
从测定紫红叶油菜叶片的叶绿素含量着手研究亚种间远缘杂交新品系甘蓝型紫红叶油菜的叶片色素变化特性。结果表明:紫红叶油菜的叶绿素含量呈苗期高、抽薹期低、开花期高的双峰曲线。苗期叶色较深的紫叶油菜品系的叶绿素含量最低,为0.609mg/g,抽薹期,紫红叶甘蓝型油菜的叶绿素都呈下降趋势,并到达最低点,;但紫色较深的紫叶油菜叶绿素含量最高,为0.460mg/g;开花期,紫红叶甘蓝型油菜的叶片转绿,叶色较深的紫叶油菜品系的叶绿素含量在开花期达到顶峰,为0.795mg/g。在低温2℃、10℃处理时,深紫叶的紫红叶甘蓝型油菜的叶绿素含量较高;在20℃处理时,深紫叶的紫红叶甘蓝型油菜的叶绿素含量较低。在30℃处理时,深紫叶油菜的叶绿素含量最高。深紫叶紫红叶甘蓝型油菜20%遮光处理12天的叶绿素含量最高,叶脉浅紫和绿叶的叶绿素含量最低;深紫叶紫红叶甘蓝型油菜在遮光处理条件下叶绿素含量最高,绿叶的叶绿素含量最低,说明遮光对紫红叶甘蓝型油菜的叶绿素合成有影响,但没有对绿叶油菜的大。
