洞庭野生碧螺春茶树优质种质资源的保护与利用

位于太湖之滨的苏州吴中区,是洞庭碧螺春的原产地,这里光照柔和、雨量充沛,茶树长年受太湖雾气滋润,饱吸四季花果之香。一千多年的湖岛环境和人工选育,形成了洞庭碧螺春特殊的种质优势。根据研究报告,洞庭碧螺春茶所含的氨基酸、儿茶素等绿茶品质理化指标都很高,因而制成的茶香浓醇厚、回味生津。但是近年来,由于不注重对野生碧螺春茶树种质资源的保护,造成了野生碧螺春茶树种质资源的破坏,不利于推动野生茶树种植资源的发展。本文简述了对野生碧螺春茶树种质资源的保护措施及开发利用现状。

Dongting Bihiochun originates from Wuzhong district in Suzhou, where is located at the beautiful lakeside of Taihu with abundant natural resources. Biluochun trees in this area were cultured with downy light, plenty rainfall, sufficient moisture and perennial fragrance of flowers and fruits, which resulting in the unique and quality Biluochun species. Previous reports have demonstrated its quality based on the content of amino acids and catec, hnic acids etc. While in recent years, the Dongting Biluochun species were suffering from damages since lack of effective protection, stagnating the exploitation and development of Biluochun. Based on aforementioned situation, this paper structured a summary about Dongting Biluochun＇s protection and exploitation.
