摘要
采用转盘式吸烟机逐口收集卷烟主流烟气,应用气相色谱(配备碳分子筛色谱柱)对卷烟烟气常规组分进行定量检测,并对烟气中O2含量与CO和CO2含量进行了相关性分析.结果表明:(1)应用碳分子筛色谱柱,可实现单口卷烟烟气中O2,CO,CO2,CH4等常规组分的有效分离和定量检测,检测结果良好,精密度和重复性实验中的相对标准偏差分别为0.44%~0.95%和0.94%~3.94%,各组分的回收率为80%~116%;(2)逐口O2剩余量随着抽吸口数的增加逐渐降低,逐口CO,CH4和CO2生成量随着抽吸口数的增加逐渐升高,说明卷烟燃烧状态随着抽吸口数的增加而变得剧烈.
In the present work, the mainstream cigarette smoke was collected by a rotary smoking machine puff-by-puff, the cigarette smoke conventional components were quantitatively detected by a gas chromatography ( equipped with carbon molecular sieve chromatography column) , and the correlation between the concentration of O2 with that of CO and CO2 was studied. The results showed that the conventional components of cigarette smoke, such as O2 , CO, CO2 and CH4 , can be quantitatively detected with the gas chromatography puff by puff. Under the experimental conditions, relative standard deviations of repeatability and precision experiments were 0. 44% ~0. 95% and 0. 94% ~3. 94%, respectively. The recovery rate of each composition was between 80% ~116%. The residual O2 in smoke decreased puff by puff, while the delivery of CO, CH4 and CO2 increased puff by puff, which indicated that the combustion of cigarette becomes stronger as the number of puffs increases.
