Vitapex糊剂在感染性畸形中央尖根尖诱导成形术中的应用效果

Effect of Vitapex paste on apexification for teeth with infective abnormal central cusp

目的比较Vitapex糊剂和氢氧化钙糊剂在伴有感染性畸形中央尖的年轻前磨牙进行根尖诱导成形术中的应用效果。方法收集2011年1月至2014年3月北京水利医院门诊因畸形中央尖折断导致牙髓感染的年轻前磨牙52例(52颗)患者,按就诊顺序将患者分为观察组(26颗)和对照组(26颗)。观察组使用Vitapex糊剂进行根尖诱导,对照组使用氢氧化钙糊剂进行根尖诱导。两组根尖诱导术后1个月至2年定期拍摄X线片观察患牙根管发育情况,分析比较其疗效。结果观察组有1颗患牙失败,有效率为96.2%,对照组有7颗患牙失败,有效率为73.1%,对照组有效率低于观察组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 Vitapex糊剂用于畸形中央尖根尖诱导成形术临床效果优于氢氧化钙糊剂。

Objective To compare the clinical effects of Vitapex paste and calcium hydroxide paste on the apexification for young premolar teeth with infective abnormal central cusp. Methods Fifty-two young premolars with pulp infection caused by fractured abnormal central cusp were collected in the outpatient department of Beijing Shuili Hospital and randomly divided into experimental group（ 26 teeth） and control group（ 26 teeth）. Vitapex paste was applied for the apexification in the experiment group and calcium hydroxide paste for that in the control group. A follow-up observation with X-ray examination was carried out in each group 1 month to 2 years after operation. Results After2 years＇ observation,one tooth failed in the experiment group and its effective rate was 96. 2%. Seven teeth failed in the control group and its effective rate was 73. 1%. There was a significant difference between the two groups（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The application of vitapex paste is better than that of calcium hydroxide paste in the apexification for young premolar teeth with infective abnormal central cusp in clinic.
