摘要
建立并优化了卷烟辅料中双酚A的高效液相色谱检测方法.样品剪碎或直接置于锥形瓶中,经超声萃取,膜过滤,以58%的乙腈和42%的0.1%乙酸水溶液作为流动相进行梯度洗脱,采用荧光检测器进行检测.结果表明:1方法的线性范围是2~100μg·L^(-1),线性关系良好(R2>0.999),平均回收率大于91.63%,相对标准偏差小于10%(n=6),定量限为0.115 0μg·L^(-1);2样品前处理简单,无需复杂的衍生化处理.该方法对于卷烟辅料中双酚A的含量检测结果准确,操作方便、快捷,满足卷烟行业对该指标的控制要求.
A high performance liquid chromatography detection method was established and optimizedwhich could measure the content of the bisphenol A in the accessory materials of the cigarette. The mixedsolvent)the volume ratio of acetonitrile and 0. 1 % aqueous acetic acid was for 58 42) was used as the mobilephase for gradient elute. A series of procedures were carried out to the samples, including cutting thesamples into pieces, ultrasonic extraction, membrane filtration and using the fluorescence detector machine.The results showed th a t: ① the linear range and quantification limit of this method were 2 -100 μg · L^- 1and 0. 11 5 0 μg · L^- 1 , respectively. The liner relation was good(R2〉 0.999 ). The average recoveries weremore than 91. 63 % with the relative standard deviations less than 10 % ( n = 6 ) . ② The pretreatment methodwas simple and quick without derivatization. The developed method was fast, simple, sensitive and suitablefor the detection of the precise outcome of the bisphenol A , and could meet the controllable requirements ofthis industry.
