Cultural Identity,National Identity and Human Development

文化认同是深植于历史与文明根基之中的基础性认同。文化认同的产生与延续依赖于内在与外在力量的结合,要发挥文化的主导性、多元性、时代性与超越性,增强文化的凝聚力、说服力、传播力和渗透力。国家认同是文化认同的深层演进和升华,要从国家道路、国家实力、意识形态、国家制度等层面增进国家认同。认同的回归是人的发展,当代世界人的发展是多维度的发展,最终指向是人的自由全面发展。

Cultural identity is a fundamental identity which deeply rooted in its history and civilization. The generation and extension of cultural identity pends on the combination of internal and external forces that play a culture's dominant,diversity,times and transcendence and enhance its cohesion,persuasiveness,dissemination and penetration. National identity is a further evolution and sublimation from cultural identity enhancing through the national road,national power,ideology,and other national systems. The return of identity is the human development. The contemporary human development in the world is multidimensional,which eventually points to human's free and comprehensive development.
