SYNTHESIS OF BIODIESEL FROM FRYING OIL CATALYZED BY NAX SUPPORTED POTASSIUM ACETATE

摘要 以钠X型分子筛(Na X)为载体,采用醋酸钾(KAc)为活性组分通过等体积浸渍的方法制备了KAc/Na X固体碱催化剂,用于催化煎炸老油(FO)与甲醇(ME)合成生物柴油(BD)。通过单因素试验考察了反应时间(t)、反应温度(T)、催化剂用量(w)和n(ME):n(FO)对BD得率的影响。结果表明:在t=6 h、T=60℃、w=4%和n(ME):n(FO)=15:1条件下,BD得率达91.2%。 Synthesis of biodiesel by transesterification of frying oil with methanol over KAc/Na X catalyst was investigated. The solid base catalyst KAc/Na X was prepared by isovolumetric impregnation method. Factors that affected the conversion like reaction time, reaction temperature, catalyst rate, molar ratio of methanol to frying oil were investigated by single-factor experiments. The results showed that under these conditions reaction time was 6h, reaction temperature 60℃, catalyst rate 4%, molar ratio of methanol to frying oil 15:1, and the conversion of biodiesel reached 91.2%.
