PWA/TiO_2/ATTP复合催化剂光催化降解气相苯

PHOTOCATALYTIC DEGRADATION OF GAS PHASE BENZENE OVER PWA/TIO_2/ATTP COMPOSITE CATALYST

摘要 通过溶胶-凝胶法制备PWA/TiO_2/ATTP复合催化剂,利用X射线衍射仪(XRD),扫描电子显微镜(SEM)及氮气吸脱附分析仪对复合催化剂进行了一系列表征。实验研究表明复合催化剂对气相苯具有良好的催化活性。当催化剂中PWA/TiO_2/ATTP的质量比1:5:5,煅烧温度350℃,煅烧时间2 h时,在254 nm紫外照射2 h后苯去除率达到96.3%。同时,矿化实验表明复合催化剂能够将苯和中间产物氧化成二氧化碳。 Phosphotungstic acid(PWA)/Titanium dioxide(TiO2)/Attapulgite(ATTP) composite catalyst was prepared by sol-gel method and comparatively characterized by X-Ray Diffractomer(XRD), Scanning Electron Microscope(SEM) and Nitrogen Physisorption Analyzer. The experimental results showed that composite catalyst exhibited good photocatalytic activity. When mass ratio of PWA, TiO2 to ATTP was 1:5:5, calcination temperature was 350℃ and calcination time was 2h, the removal efficiency of gaseous benzene was 96.3% with ultraviolet(UV) light wavelength of 254 nm and irradiation time of 2h. Meanwhile, mineralization experiments showed gaseous benzene and intermediate product were oxidized to carbon dioxide by composite catalyst.
