摘要
目的探讨基质金属蛋白酶-2(MMP-2)及肌球蛋白轻链激酶(MLCK)的表达与子宫肌瘤的相关性。方法选取2014年3月至2016年3月收治的子宫肌瘤患者90例为研究对象,采用免疫组化法检测患者子宫肌瘤组织中及其附近正常平滑肌组织中MMP-2及MLCK的表达水平。结果与正常平滑肌组织中,子宫肌瘤组织中MMP-2及MLCK的表达水平显著升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);与平滑肌组织对比,子宫肌瘤组织中MMP-2mRNA及MLCKmRNA的表达水平显著升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 MMP-2及MLCK在子宫肌瘤组织中均呈高水平表达状态,提示MMP-2及MLCK可能参与了子宫肌瘤的发生与发展。
Objective To investigate the relationship between the expression of matrix metalloproteinase - 2(MMP - 2)and myosin light chain kinase(MLCK)and the expression of uterine leiomyoma. Methods 90 cases with uterine fibroids were selected as the objects from 2014 March to 2016 March in our hospital. Adjacent normal smooth muscle tissue MMP - 2 and MLCK expression levels were detected by immunohisto chemical method. Results Compared with the normal smooth muscle tissue,MMP - 2 and MLCK in uterine leiomyoma tissue expression level was significantly higher,the difference was statistically significant( P 〈 0. 01);compared with the smooth muscle tissue,the expression level in-creased significantly in uterine leiomyoma tissue MMP - 2 and MLCK mRNA,the difference is statistical significance( P 〈 0. 05). Conclusion MMP - 2 and MLCK in the uterine leiomyoma tissue showed a high level of expression,suggesting that MMP - 2 and MLCK may be involved in the occurrence and development of uterine fibroids.
