我国在构建依法治国的现代化、科学化进程中,要不断完善和规范体系制度的相关改革,在倡导依法治国的科学发展策略之下,建立服务型、创新型、科学型的政府,而行政执法体制改革是我国法治新格局的重大战略部署之一,要从全局出发,统筹规划,稳步协调,扎实推进,从理念上、立法上、程序上全面加以调整和改革,将深化行政执法体制改革作为建设法治中国的重要途径。

In the process of constructing the modernized and scientific strategy of ruling the country by law, China should constantly improve and regulate the system and relevant reform. Under the strategy of scientific development, it is one of our important strategic plans to establish service oriented, innova tive and scientific type government to realize the administrative law enforcement reform. We should start from a global perspective, plan as a whole, make steady and coordinate development and steady headway. We should make adjustment and reforms from the aspects of idea, legislation and procedure, and take it as an important approach to construct China of law to deepen the reform of administrative law-enforcement system.
