摘要
分析了壳体零件的压铸工艺性,选择了压铸机的型号,确定了分型面,设计了浇注系统的内浇道、横浇道和直浇道;采用Pro/E进行了壳体件的模具结构设计;采用Pro CAST进行了成型数值分析,结果表明:铝合金液按着设定的速度和方向开始填充型腔,在0.072 s充型结束.整个浇注过程中没有浇不足,说明工艺参数设置和浇注系统设计合理,对壳体件模具设计具有重要理论指导意义.
This paper mainly includes three aspects: (1) Die casting process of the shell part was analyzed, thetype of die casting machine was chosen, and the parting surface and the gating system of the internal sprue, runner and sprue were determined; (2) Mold structure of the shell part by using Pro/E was designed; (3) Molding numerical analysis was carried out by the ProCAST. The results show that aluminum alloy liquid fills the cavity according to the set speed and direction at the end of the 0.072 s, and the whole casting process without misrunprocess shows parameter settings and gating system design are reasonable, which is an important theoretical significance to the shell part mold design.
