食用菌是吕梁市扶贫开发的朝阳产业和农民增收的绿色产业。通过对食用菌生产、经营的研究,分析了吕梁市食用菌产业发展的影响因素,提出了发展对策。

Edible fungus is a sunrise industry of poverty alleviation and development and green industry for farmers＇ income, through the study of edible fungus production and management, this paper analyzed the influencing factors of the edible fungus industry development, and putted forward developmental countermeasures.
