摘要
通过正交方法对滚刷型青核桃脱皮机进行试验,对影响脱净率和破碎率的3个因素--螺旋毛刷辊的转速、投料速度、刷辊与下栅板初始间隙进行了分析,试验结果表明螺旋毛刷辊的转速对核桃脱净率的影响最大,初始间隙次之,投料速度影响最小,而影响破碎率的因素由强到弱,分别为螺旋毛刷辊转速、投料速度、初始间隙。螺旋毛刷辊转速70 r/min,投料速度25 kg/min,初始间隙56 mm时,综合指标达到最好。
Through a orthogonal test of rolling walnut peeling machine, this paper studied three factors which affect the peeling rate and breakage rate. Those factors are roller brush speed, feeding speed and brush roll and grid plate under the initial clearance. The results showed that the greatest effect on peeling rate is the rolling bursh speed, then the initial clearance and feeding speed. To the breakage rate those factors' influence arranged from strong to weak, respectively were roller speed, feeding speed and the initial clearance. When roller speed is 70 r/min, feeding speed is 25 kg/min, the initial clearance is 56 mm, the quality of walnut peeling is the best.
