The food safety in public health are getting more and more important, innocent treatment of dead livestock and poultry can effectively ensure the safety of food. Through the primary research, in-depth analysis and research on the present situation of innocent treatment of dead livestock and poultry, this paper putted forward a series of countermeasures to strengthen innocent treatment, has a strong guiding role on further strengthen innocent treatment.
