Teachers' Sub-health Condition in Adult Higher Education Institutions

高校教师亚健康问题已经成为严重影响教师队伍和教育事业健康发展的瓶颈。作为高校教师的一个特殊群体,成人高校教职工的亚健康研究目前还很少。通过自行研制的调查问卷对北京市3所成人高校的342名教职工亚健康问题进行了调查研究,结果发现亚健康发生率69.9%,以中青年教职工为主,行政人员发生率较高。运用统计学方法分析了亚健康影响因素,并针对成人教育特点,从学校及个人两方面提出应对亚健康的建议。

The sub-health condition of teachers in colleges and universities has become the bottleneckof the healthy development of teachers and education. As a special group of teachers in collegesand universities,sub-health condition in adult higher education institutions is still a blank. This paper,using questionnaires, conducted a survey on sub-health condition of 342 teachers and teaching staffs in3 adult higher education institutions, and the results showed that the sub-health rate is 69.9% withyoung teachers and teaching staffs and administrative personnel as the main part. The paper, consideringthe characteristics of adult education and using statistical methods to analyze the influence factors ofsub-health condition, also proposed suggestions from two aspects of schools and individuals.
