2型糖尿病患者血清高分子量脂联素水平与胰岛素抵抗、C反应蛋白的相关性 被引量:2

摘要 目的探究2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者的血清高分子量脂联素(HMW-APN)水平与胰岛素抵抗[以稳态胰岛素评价指数(HOMA-IR)为观察指标]和C反应蛋白(CRP)的相关性。方法 56例T2DM患者作为观察组,另选56例健康人作为对照组。分别检测两组血清HMW-APN、空腹血糖水平(FPG)、空腹胰岛素水平(FINS)和CRP浓度,根据公式HOMA-IR=FPG(mmol/L)×FINS(m IU/L)/22.5计算出HOMA-IR具体数值,分析两组血清HMW-APN与HOMA-IR和血清CRP的关系。结果对照组血清HMW-APN水平明显高于观察组(P<0.05),且当患者血清HMW-APN水平较高时,其HOMA-IR和血清CRP较低。结论 T2DM患者的血清HMW-APN降低,同时HOMA-IR和血清CRP升高,血清HMW-APN与HOMA-IR、CRP呈负相关现象。
