某院2014年度住院患者抗菌药物使用强度与细菌耐药相关性分析

摘要 目的通过对抗菌药物使用强度与细菌耐药相关性的分析,指导临床合理选用抗菌药物。方法对本院1087份合格住院患者微生物送检标本和各类抗菌药物使用强度进行分析。结果本院培养出的致病菌中,真菌、克雷伯杆菌、肠杆菌、假单胞菌合计比例高达70%,这些致病菌基本上是目前临床上常见的多重耐药菌和难以根治的真菌。结论本院住院患者抗菌药物使用强度与细菌耐药率有一定的相关性,临床应尽量结合微生物标本培养结果选用抗菌药物,减少细菌耐药性。
