An Exploration into the Revision of the Size Requirements for the Clearance Zone of a Helicopter Airport

针对现行军用直升机场净空规定中存在的问题,结合直升机场净空评定及净空管理工作中遇到的技术难题,对直升机场净空区的组成及要求进行了详细分析研究。探讨了直升机各类起落航线及其对机场净空的要求,提出了直升机场升降带的概念,明确了升降带的范围及要求,增加了外水平面及其要求,并对直升机场端净空区和侧净空区障碍物限制面要求提出修改意见,完善了军用直升机场净空区组成和要求。为合理修订军用直升机场净空规定提供理论基础。

Aiming at solving the problems existing in the regulations on the clearance for a helicopter airfield,and with the clearanceevaluation for a helicopter airfield and the technical difficulties in the administration of clearance taken into account, thecomposition of and requirements for the clearance zone of a helicopter airfield are analyzed and studied in detail. Upon the basisof exploring all kinds of airlines of a helicopter taking-off and landing and the requirements for the clearance zone of their airfields,the concept of a strip for the helicopter to take off and land is put forward in the paper, with the scope of and requirementsfor the taking-off and landing strip defined. The external horizontal plane and the requirements for it are also added. Revisionsuggestions about the obstacle-limiting surface of the end and side clearance zones are raised, which help improve thecomposition and requirements for the clearance zone of a helicopter airport. The paper may serve as a theoretical foundation forthe rational revision of the regulations on the clearance zone of a helicopter airport.
