从设计、施工技术、施工环境等方面,分析了某地下室混凝土地框梁裂缝的产生原因,探讨了裂缝的防治措施,并阐述了填堵法、表面封闭法、压力灌浆法三种裂缝的修补处理方法,从而提高建筑物的施工质量。

From the design,construction technology,construction environment and other aspects,this paper analyzed the causes of a basement concrete ground frame beam crack,discussed the crack prevention and treatment measures,and elaborated three crack repair process methods of caulking method,surface sealing,pressure grouting method,so as to improve the building construction quality.
