摘要
结合工作经验,从施工准备、招投标、施工、竣工、核对五方面,分析了工程建设各阶段对工程结算的影响,并探讨了做好工程结算工作的措施,旨在提高建筑工程的最终收益。
Combining with the work experience,the paper analyzes the influence of the various phases of the engineering construction on the engineering settlement from the construction preparation,bidding,construction,accomplishment and checking,and explores the measures to improve the engineering settlement,so as to promote the final benefits of the architectural projects.
