个性化护理管理在白内障手术患者中的运用

Application of Individual Nursing Management in Operative Patients with Cataract

目的观察白内障手术患者运用个性化护理管理的方法及效果。方法研究年度2015年1月—2015年11月,纳入白内障手术有74例,抽签分组。37例选择常规护理管理,为对照组;接受个性化护理管理有37例,为观察组。组间比较。结果两组中观察组的抑郁及焦虑评分改善更明显,并发症率更低,满意度更高,生活质量较高,有显著差异(P<0.05),且具统计学意义。结论白内障手术患者开展个性化护理管理,效果佳,且抑郁及焦虑得到显著改善,并发症少,值得推广。

Objective To observe the method and effect of the application of individual nursing management in operative patients with cataract. Methods 74 cases of patients with cataract operation from January 2015 to November 2015 were se-lected and randomly divided into two groups with 37 cases in each, the control group chose conventional nursing manage-ment, the observation group received individual nursing management, and both groups were compared. Results The im-provement of depression and anxiety scores in the observation group was more obvious with lower complication rate, higher satisfactory degree and higher quality of life, and there were obvious differences with statistical significance, P〈0.05. Con-clusion The effect of individual nursing management for patients with cataract operation is good, and the depression and anxiety are obviously improved, which is worth promotion.
