从当前医疗环境谈医院发展方向

Study on Hospital Development Direction from the Corrent Medical Environment

医院的发展方向是当前社会普遍关注的一个热点问题,在生活层面关系到每一个人的切身利益,在政治层面关系到对公平与利益的再次思考,在制度方面关系到如何推进程序公正与社会治理的改进。目前,我国医疗改革面临卫生保健覆盖率低,资源分布不均,初级医疗服务滞后,药费居高不下,看病难,看病贵等问题,这些问题已经影响到社会稳定和经济持续发展。该文对当前医疗环境中不断出现的问题进行思考,浅谈对医院发展方向的看法。做为医务工作者怎样才能更好地为患者服务,从而促进大众健康。

Hospital development direction is a current social universal attention hot topic, concerning the vital interests of individual in the aspect of life, concerning the reconsideration of fair and interest in the aspect of politics, concerning how to promote the improvement of procedural justice and social governance, at present, the medical reform of our country con-fronts the issues of lower health care coverage rate, uneven resource distribution, hysteretic primary medical service, high expenses for medicine, difficulty and high cost of patient treatment, which has influenced the social steady and economic sustainable development. The paper makes some considerations from the emerging issues in the corrent medical environment and studies some viewpoints of hospital development direction and how to better provide services for medical workers thus promoting public health.
