老年高血压患者的护理需求分析

Demand Survey and Nursing Measures of Elderly Patients with Hypertension

目的对老年高血压患者需求进行调查,并探讨相关护理措施,以为老年高血压患者提供更为优质的护理服务。方法对60例老年高血压病人的情况进行回顾性调查,并列表分析。结果 60%以上的患者需要高血压病方面的知识,精神上的支持与鼓励及日常饮食的配制。结论增强老年人对高血压病方面知识的了解,加强精神上的支持与鼓励,合理配制日常饮食,对临床护理制定出系统、全面的整体护理措施具有重要参考价值,使患者得到及时有效的治疗与护理,降低并发症的发生率,提高生存质量。

Objective To survey the demand of elderly patients with hypertension and discuss the relevant nursing measures in order to provide more excellent nursing services for them. Methods The conditions of 60 cases of elderly patients with hypertension were retrospectively surveyed, and were listed for analysis. Results The survey showed that more than 60%patients needed knowledge of hypertension, mental support and encouragement and daily diet preparation. Conclusion Strengthening the elderly＇s knowledge of hypertension, enhancing mental support and encouragement and rational prepara-tion of daily diet are of important reference value to make the systematical and comprehensive overall nursing measures in clinic, which can make patients obtain the timely and effective treatment and nursing, reduce the incidence rate of compli-cations and improve the survival quality.
