摘要
人才强院、科技兴院,人才是医院科技发展最宝贵的资源。中山大学孙逸仙纪念医院作为我国历史最悠久的西医医院,在用人、育人方面沉淀了丰厚的经验。该文结合百年老院的实际情况,围绕其历年来实施的多层次医学科研人才培育激励措施,做出成效分析和经验总结,提示人才培育应注重其层次性和个体性,在有效利用资源的同时深入挖掘人才潜力。

Sun Yixian Memorial Hospital of Zhongshan University, as the oldest Western medical hospital in China, has experienced great experience in the use of human and edu-cation. In this paper, the actual situation of the century old hospital around over the years to implement multi-level medical research talent cultivation, incentive measures, make effective analysis and experience summary, suggesting that talent culti-vation should pay attention to the level and the individual, in the effective use of resources at the same time to dig potential talent.
