持续质量改进模式在儿科优质护理服务管理中的实践效果分析

Analysis of Practical Effect of Continuous Quality Improvement Model in High-quality Nursing Service Management in the Department of Pediatrics

目的为了能够增加儿科优质护理服务质量并减少各种不良事件的发生率,探讨和研究管理过程中实施持续护理质量改进模式的价值和意义。方法根据随机原则将2015年3月—2016年3月在该院儿科治疗的200例小儿疾病患者作为研究对象并通过抛硬币的方法将其分为试验组和对照组,其中对照组患者在治疗过程中应用常规护理管理,而试验组患者在治疗过程中采取持续护理质量改进模式,比较不同护理管理模式对护理质量及患儿家属满意度的影响。结果经过研究发现,试验组护理质量和对照组相比明显占据优势,且比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组患儿家属对护理服务的满意度明显高于对照组,而并发症的发生率则明显降低,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在儿科的护理管理中实施持续质量改进模式,不仅提高了护士服务质量,也增加患儿家属满意度,效果显著,值得推广和应用。

Objective To study and research the value and significance of the implementation of nursing quality improve-ment model in the research and management process in order to increase the high-quality nursing service quality in the de-partment of pediatrics and reduce the incidence rate of various adverse events. Methods 200 cases of children with disease treated in the department of pediatrics of our hospital from March 2015 to March 2016 were randomly selected as the re-search objects and divided into two groups, the control group adopted conventional nursing management during treatment, while the test group adopted continuous nursing quality improvement model during treatment, and the effects of different nursing management models on nursing quality and satisfactory degree of children＇s family were compared. Results The re-search showed that the nursing quality in the test group was obviously better than that in the control group and the differ-ence had statistical significance by comparison, P〈0.05, the satisfactory degree of children＇s family to nursing in the test group was obviously higher than that in the control group, while the incidence rate of complications was obviously lower, and the difference had statistical significance by comparison, P〈0.05. Conclusion The implementation of continuous quality improvement model in nursing management in the department of pediatrics can not only improve the service quality of nurs-es, but also increase the satisfactory degree of children＇s family and the effect is obvious, which is worth promotion and ap-plication.
