对目前外科护理安全管理存在的问题及对策浅析

Analysis of Existing Problems and Countermeasures in Nursing Safety Management in the Department of Surgery at Present

目的了解目前外科护理安全管理中存在的问题以及相应对策的研究,以供临床护理工作者以及护理教育者参考。方法根据该院的临床护理安全体会以及查阅相关的护理文献,结合医院实际情况,从护理人员、护理管理、以及患者及家属等三个方面进行护理安全问题的调查分析。结果根据调查分析可知目前外科护理中存在的问题主要体现在护理人员自身、患者及家属、以及管理方面。并且通过加强护理人员综合素质,重视健康教育,加强沟通等等措施,可以很大程度上解决护理安全管理中存在的问题,提高医院的护理安全性。结论要想提高对患者的安全管理,根本在于提高医护人员本身的综合素质,重视护患沟通,加强健康教育。只有这样,才能保证护理质量的提高以及医院的长足发展。

Objective To know the existing problems and countermeasures in nursing safety management in the department of surgery at present and provide reference for clinical nursing workers and nursing educators. Methods The nursing safety problems were surveyed and analyzed from the aspects of nursing staff, nursing management and patients and their family combined with the practical condition of the hospital and clinical nursing safety experience and relevant nursing literatures. Results The survey analysis showed that the problems in the nursing in the department of surgery at present was mainly em-bodied in the nursing staff, patients and their family and management, enhancing comprehensive quality of nursing staff, paying attention to health education and enhancing communication could solve the problems in the nursing safety manage-ment to a great extent and improve the hospital nursing safety. Conclusion The fundamental points lie in improving the comprehensive quality of medical staff, paying attention to communication between nurses and patients and enhancing health education in order to improve the safety management of patients, only in this way can we ensure the improvement of nursing quality and long-term development of the hospital.
