风险因素管理护理在控制手术感染中的效果分析

Analysis of Effect of Risk Factor Management Nursing in Controlling Operative Infection

目的探究风险因素管理护理在手术感染控制中的应用价值。方法选取2014年2月—2015年2月风险因素管理护理前手术患者120例为对照组,选取2015年3月—2016年3月风险因素管理护理后手术患者120例为实验组,对比两组手术患者感染控制情况。结果在手术感染控制中实施风险因素管理,可以有效提高医生、护理人员、患者的满意程度以及手术效率,与风险因素管理护理前相比,物品管理评分、消毒隔离评分以及检查合格率等指标均明显提高(P<0.05)。结论风险因素管理护理的实施,可以有效降低手术感染的几率,保证手术患者的安全,提高满意度,可推广应用。

Objective To study the application value of risk factor management nursing in controlling operative infection. Methods 120 cases of operative patients before risk factor management nursing from February 2014 to February 2015 were selected as the control group, 120 cases of operative patients after risk factor management nursing from March 2015 to March 2016 were selected as the experimental group, and the infection control situations of the two groups were compared. Results The implementation of risk factor management in controlling operative infection could effectively improve the satis-factory degrees of doctors, nursing staff and patients and operative efficiency, and the article management score, disinfection and isolation score and qualified rate of examination were obviously improved compared with those before risk factor man-agement nursing, P〈0.05. Conclusion The implementation of risk factor management nursing can effectively reduce the probability of operative infection, ensure safety of operative patients and improve the satisfactory degree, which is worth promotion and application.
