中医辨证施护在骨伤科患者护理中的应用研究

Application Research on Syndrome Differentiation of Chinese Medicine Nursing for Patients in the Department of Orthopedics and Traumatology

目的观察中医辨证施护在对骨伤科患者实施护理服务过程中的临床应用效果。方法选取该院骨伤科在2013年11月—2015年11月期间收治的患者94例作为实验对象,对患者的临床护理效果进行研究和分析。结果与对照组患者相比观察组患者在对护理服务的满意概率、入院后不同时间的疼痛评分情况以及治疗的依从率情况等均存在着显著优势,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者入院时疼痛评分情况不具有明显的差异,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论中医辨证施护对骨伤科患者提供护理服务,可以提高患者对护理服务的满意概率,是一种效果相对理想的护理方法,值得予以临床推广以及运用。

Objective To observe the clinical application effect of syndrome differentiation of Chinese medicine nursing for patients in the department of orthopedics and traumatology in the implementation of nursing. Methods 94 cases of patients in the department of orthopedics and traumatology of our hospital from November 2013 to November 2015 were selected as the experimental objects, and the clinical nursing effect of the patients was researched and analyzed. Results The satisfac-tory probability of nursing services, pain scores in different time after admission and compliance rate of treatment in the control group were obviously better than those in the observation group, and the differences had statistical significance （P〈0.05）, and there was no obvious difference in the pain score at the time of admission between the two groups without statis-tical significance（ P〉0.05）. Conclusion Nursing services provided by syndrome differentiation of Chinese medicine nursing for patients in the department of orthopedics and traumatology can improve the satisfactory probability of patients to nursing services, and it is a nursing method with a relatively ideal effect, which is worth clinical promotion and application.
