摘要
目的探讨目标管理在社区卫生服务站医护人员服务质量和工作效率的效果和体会。方法该社区卫生服务站引入"目标管理方法",对医护人员进行工作管理,并运用到三基考核中,观察和分析目标管理的效果和体会。结果将目标管理法模式实施前后的医护人员主动参与站内管理的主动率、三基考核合格率、患者满意度等数据进行对比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用目标管理法在社区卫生服务站内实行管理,能提高医护人员主动参与站内管理的主动率、三基考核合格率、患者满意度等指标。
Objective To study the effect and experience of target management in the service quality and work efficiency of medical staff in the community health station. Methods The target management method was introduced to the community health station, the work management was applied to medical staff and three basic examinations, and the effect and experi-ence of target management were observed and analyzed. Results The differences in the initiative rate of participating in sta-tion inner tube institute of medical staff, qualified rate of three basic examinations and satisfactory degree before and after the implementation of target management method had statistical significance( P〈0.05). Conclusion Adopting target manage-ment in community health station can improve the initiative rate of participating in station inner tube institute of medical staff, qualified rate of three basic examinations and satisfactory degree.
